Carving Pumpkins

Victoria enjoyed sitting in her bouncer outside while we carved pumpkins. Here she is with her brother and the pumpkins. Her big brother helped her and put faces on her pumpkins for her.

Neighborhood Fall Fling

Today we took Victoria to the Fall Fling. She did her usual as her brother was running around everywhere. Below was her day there: Sleeping and eating. When we got home she had some tummy time and enjoyed it. The pictures above are her hanging out on her tummy.

Do I look like my brother...

Several people have said Victoria looks just like Logan. I pulled out some pictures of Logan when he was a baby to compare. What do you think. I think they look like siblings.Above is Victoria and below is Logan around the same age.

Mom's Club Halloween Party

We went to a Mom's club Halloween party today and Victoria got all dressed up. Here she is as a pumpkin. The picture below is what she did during the party. She can sleep through anything.

Here are various poses Victoria sleeps in. She often has her arms above her head or at least one. Of course if she is in the swing she is always sideways like below.

Sweet Berry Farm's Pumpkin Patch

We took Victoria to Sweet Berry Farm's so her Big Brother could get a pumpkin. She went on her first hayride and she was a normal baby and slept the whole time. The picture above was Victoria's entire experience at the Farm. She was nice and comfortable and slept well. The picture below is Logan and Victoria posing before going to the farm in there Halloween outfits.

My baby Doctor

Here is Victoria with her first Doctor, Dr. Solomon. Look she is even smiling at him. Unfortunately she did not get delivered by him because she decided to come at 2 in the morning.

Curious

Victoria is a very alert baby and very curious. If someone comes over to visit she tries to stay awake for as long as she can. Here are a couple of pictures of her checking out what is going on.

Sleeping Baby

Victoria likes to curl up when she sleeps. Here she is curled up in her swing. We thought originally that her head had fallen like that but Derrick repositioned her and she would immediately reposition her head back. Derrick put some stuffed animals next to her to help cushion her head. Evidently this is the position Victoria finds most comfortable.

Sleeping with Daddy

Somebody is already spoiled by her daddy. Here is Victoria sleeping in her favorite spot on daddy's chest. Sometime you even catch them both taking naps like the picture below.

First Post

This Victoria's first blog posting. For those who don't know the details. Victoria was born Tuesday morning, September 30th, at Seton Northwest Hospital at 2:21 am. She weighed 6 pound 8 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long. She was born at 38 weeks and 1 day. She is a small little girl but is healthy and strong. She came home from the hospital on Thursday October 2nd. I will try to post a couple of times a week with pictures and stories of cute things she does.
